NRICH Funders

NRICH is a collaboration between the Faculty of Mathematics and Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge. We are enormously grateful to all the organisations and individuals whose support has made our activities possible.

NRICH's current funding includes donations and grants supporting specific activities from:

The University of Cambridge's Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, Department of Pure Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics and School of Physical Sciences have been most generous in providing very significant financial and in-kind support; the Faculty of Education has also provided significant support in kind.

NRICH has been supported in the past by:
Citi Foundation • the Clothworkers' Foundation • the DfES • the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) • the Ernest Cook Trust • Goldman Sachs Foundation • the Isaac Newton Trust • the John Templeton Foundation • the London Mathematical Society • Math for America • the Nuffield Foundation • NCETM • Nesta • the Ogden Trust • PSI • Sansom-Eligator Foundation • SHINE • Templeton World Charity Foundation • Victor Rothschild Memorial Trust • the Winton Foundation

HEFCE funds given to the University of Cambridge to develop widening participation and aspiration raising activities. In particular, we would like to thank Cambridge University Press and Cambridge Assessment (formerly the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate) for extremely generous initial core funding.

We would like to thank all of our funders, past and present, for their generous support.

We are enormously grateful to all the organisations and individuals who support us. For more information on how to support NRICH, or to make a donation, please see here.

The NRICH Project aims to enrich the mathematical experiences of all learners. To support this aim, members of the NRICH team work in a wide range of capacities, including providing professional development for teachers wishing to embed rich mathematical tasks into everyday classroom practice.

NRICH is part of the family of activities in the Millennium Mathematics Project.
